Description

Service Development Manager – Kerry. Our client is currently seeking an experience Service Development Manager for a permanent position based in Kerry. The main responsibility of the successful candidate is to provide leadership to enhance strategic business development and provide excellent service delivery to all stakeholders. Day to day: • Lead out the service planning and to include new developments and service enhancements. • Manage external service providers to include Technical, Assurance, and Health and Safety Specialists. • Drive the organisation’s implementation of an appropriate quality management system. • Manage the internal audit function as well as risk identification and remedial actions. • Work closely with other senior managers. • Deliver targets and standards through effective and efficient work practices. • Develop and analyse reports. • Deliver the standards as determined by the HSE Service Level Agreement (SLA) through effective and efficient work practices and strong performance management. Basic Requirements: • Third level qualification in a Business Discipline. • High level IT Skills. • Minimum of five years post-graduate business/technical experience. • Strong leadership ability, with. • Successful change management experience. • Proven experience of Project Management.
