FRS have partnered with a company that provides service and supports to adults with Intellectual Disabilities. We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, competent Manager for a key role in Kerry. Programme Manager Day Services Specified Purpose - 39 Hrs per week. This is a key role in providing coordination, leadership & supervision in the provision of excellent day programme delivery across County Kerry. The following are essential requirements for the post: A recognised Nursing/Clinical/Health-care/Social Care/Education Third level Qualification. 2 year's experience in a relevant Supervisory/Managerial role, ideally in an environment supporting people with an Intellectual Disability. In depth knowledge of all relevant and appropriate legislation, regulation and publications in the area of intellectual disability. Understanding of developing Day programmes in line with "New Directions" in community settings. Clear understanding of, and commitment to, contemporary service delivery approaches. • Good ICT knowledge and skills. Full Driving Licence.
