Job Purpose. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the strategic and operational HR objectives across a number of Fexco Group business units. The HR Business Partner will work in close collaboration with multiple management members and executives across the Group. This role will provide support to the Irish HQ in various aspects of human resources including: talent acquisition, on-boarding, change management, and employee relations. Main Responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Provide HR leadership and counsel to demanding, high performing business units, their functional leaders and teams. Responsible for the execution of HR strategies and programs that support the business. Develop and deliver overall talentacquisition solutions including work force planning, on-boarding, retention, and employee engagement programs. Coordinate with business leaders to provide advice and support of the performance management and development framework, by providing counseling and coaching on the employee evaluation and development processes, and co-ordination of calibrations. Act as catalyst and guide for leading change at the business level. Partner with management in the implementation and execution of new initiatives. Provide counsel and support on elevated employee relations issues. Counsel management/employees concerning strategic reward and remuneration matters. Actively foster aculture of engagement in line with our company core values. Advise on development and implement HR initiatives, incorporating best practice and fresh thinking to support HR and Business strategy. Qualifications/ Relevant Experience Required. Must be able to clearly demonstrate significant HR Business Partner experience within a medium to large multinational organisation with at least an excess of 7 years’ relevant experience. Must have demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where your HR knowledge and experience is unquestioned. Relevant HR Degree/Masters plus CIPD qualification. Competencies Required. The successful candidate is likely to be: Strong business acumen and strategic HR mind-set is essential for this opportunity. Strong relevant HR experience and a thorough understanding of operational HR processes and practice. Diverse experience of partnering with Senior Business Leaders. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong team-player with the ability to work on your own initiative. Ability to manage high workloads & conflicting priorities. High level of personal resilience, able to remain highly effective and flexible in changing business circumstances.
