We are seeking a General Manager for an established 3* hotel in Kerry. With 50 bedrooms and an unrivalled reputation for its food, this hotel is centrally located in a busy Kerry town. We are seeking a General Manager who can take ownership of the role and drive the business forward over the coming years. The hotel has a summer occupancy rate of close to 90% and a 50 % occupancy rate in winter. Two thirds of its turnover comes from food with accommodation and food accounting for the rest. The hotel has 9* rating on Booking.com and 4.5 on Trip Advisor. So as General Manager you will be coming into reputable, well know and thriving business. Therefore, if you are a hands-on General Manager who leads by example and is seeking a new challenge we would like to hear from you. You will be required to increase turnover, maintain / increase margins and net profit. In return, the position will offer a generous salary based on experience and a performance related bonus.
