Fexco Managed Business Solutions and Outsourcing are currently recruiting for anAgile Contact Campaign Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.While there is a requirement to spend time onsite in Killorglin, there is flexibility as to where this role is based. Job Purpose. Due to continued expansion, our Outsourcing division has a vacancy for an energetic, self-motivated B2B Sales Manager to manage the consultative sales process and acquire clients for an exciting new product which will be launched in Q3 of this year. Working closely with the Commercial and Operations teams, this role will involve structured prospecting networking, client engagement, presentations and demonstrations as well as proposal preparation. There will also be an element of account management together with various cross/up sell opportunities.While there is a requirement to spend time onsite in Killorglin, there is flexibility as to where this role is based. Main Responsibilities. Design and implement the product sales strategy, with a continuous iteration approach to maximise effectiveness. Develop, manage and own the sales pipeline and deliver regular sales forecast reports to management. Deliver the revenue objectives contained in the business plan and annual budget. Effectively and professionally handle the sales process in its entirety from prospecting, initial introductions, meetings and presentations culminating in the signing up of new clients. Produce proposals and solutions and present these solutions to prospective clients. Assist beyond personal KPI’s in the wider revenue goals of the division by working as a Team Player within the larger remits of MBSO. Inform and support the direct marketing activity for the division. Assist the business in the creation/refinement of our value proposition to ensure the Business has a fully marketable service. Provide first class customer service to clients ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained. Work in close cooperation with the MBSO commercial and operations teams in achieving the team goals. Qualifications/Experience/Competencies Required. Business development professional with integrity and solid sales discipline. 2 to 3 years demonstrable Business to Business Sales experience. A self-starter and comfortable networker Must be highly motivated and confident working autonomously. Comfortable in understanding and demonstrating solutions and processes. Comfortable collaborating with a team. Comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of people within and outside the business, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism. Ability to travel within Ireland and the UK. Full clean driving license. Financial awareness and strong analytical skills. Excellent customer focus ensuring the highest standards of customer service is delivered. Experience/knowledge of the Financial Services sector an advantage.
