Head Chef required for boutique 4* Hotel in Co Kerry. We are now recruiting an experienced Chef for this Client. Ideal candidate is a current Head Chef with 2/3 years 4* H/C backround - role may also suit experienced Sous Chef who is ready for their first Head Chef role. You will be proven at leading, developing and managing the team, will be results focused and will need to be efficient and organised. The Hotel enjoys a busy Bar and Restaurant food trade for Residents and visitors, it is a popular small banqueting and Events venue and prides itself on delivering consistancy and excellent standards of food, service and attention to detail.
