We are seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Kerry based client. This is a contract position to December 2019. The Payroll Administrator will work within a payroll team and be responsible for weekly payroll processing. The Payroll Administrator will provide full payroll support for weekly payroll and ensure same is processed in a timely and accurate manner. Duties: High volume weekly payroll processing. Responsible for ensuring all payroll inputs are accurate & complete on time. Monitor interfaces from SAP, action & investigate any discrepancies in a timely manner. Preparation and reconciliation of statutory returns. Preparation of payments to Third Parties. Respond to all internal/external payroll queries and ensuring all queries are answered within the Service Level Agreements. Ad-hoc Projects as & when required. Candidate profile: Experience in Payrolland general payroll legislation. IPASS/Accounts Technician qualification ideally. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Conscious, rigorous, professional,organised and methodical. Ability to prioritise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to roll up sleeves and be hands on.
