Fexco Managed Business Solutions and Outsourcing (MBSO)is currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a12 month fixed term contract basis located in Killorglin, Co.Kerry. Fexco’s Managed Business Solutions and Outsourcing will begin a new partnership with TLI Group, a contractor responsible for installing ‘smart’ meters in the southern half of the country on behalf of ESB Networks. 250,000 meters will be installed in homes and businesses throughout the country by the end of 2020. Fexco will work as TLI’s customer service provider, managing appointments and queries, offering their expertise and in-depth knowledge of utilities. They will also have a close working relationship with ESB Networks. Job Purpose: At Fexco we are committed to providing the highest quality customer service. The Customer ServiceRepresentative (CSR) is the main point of contact for all existing and potentially new customers. The key purpose of the job is to support customers by providing a superior level of assistance and service in a timely and efficient manner, to agree appointments where possible and set customer expectation. Main Responsibilities: Provide exemplary Customer Service to all Managed Business Solutions & Outsourcing Customers. Ensure ownership of customer queries/requests. Agree appointments where possible. Deliver first contact resolution wherever possible. Investigate and resolve issues within specific timeframes. Take personal ownership for all aspects of customer service. Be quality focused with attention to detail at all times. Support a “can do” culture in terms of responding to customer needs. Liaise and communicate at all business levels with customers. Process inbound & outbound calls, process emails, white mail etc. Be a team player in a fast change environment. Other tasks that the Team Leader or Manager deems appropriate. Competencies Required: The successful candidate is likely to: Be Customer focused with a proven track record within a relevant customer services environment. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have strong problem solving and decision making skills. Be computer literate with excellent typing skills (minimum speed 20 wpm. Have Previous Sales experience would be desirable. Have Proven ability to prioritise and multitask within a fast paced environment. Be Able to achieve all individual operational targets without compromising on Quality of Service. Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills.
