We are seeking an Architectural Technologist for a contract position with an established Architectural practice in Kerry. The practice has a varied portfolio of work including domestic, retail, industrial, fit-out and manufacturing. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years' post qualification experience. You will join a small team and be involved in a range of projects at various stages of development. As an Architectural Technologist, you will undertake the detail design of architectural projects and ensure that all buildings are designed in accordance with codes of practice, building regulations and best practice. Candidate requirements: Qualified Architectural Technician. 3 to 5 years relevant experience. Knowledge of Irish building regulations is essential. Familiar with planning regulations. Fully proficient in AutoCAD. Good attention to detail and ability to manage clients. Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills. Immediate start of the successful candidate.
