Excellent opportunity to join European manufacturing facility. Responsible to deliver worldwide support for customers, both on-site and remotely, on all matters relating to the operation of their product from client. Coordinate rapid support in order to limit any potential downtime for a machine at a customer’s terminal. Responsible to coordinate efforts between internal Technical Dept.’s in order to provide solutions to customer’s needs. Provision of on-site support as may be required for both planned and emergency repairs. Conduct and supervise crane upgrades and refurbishments. A third level degree qualification, or trade, in a relevant discipline or suitable experience (Eng. or Technical is preferred) with a min of two years’ exp. in a similar demanding role is an advantage. Strong organizational, planning, problem solving and reporting skills. Fault finding and diagnostic experience essential.
