General Manager job has opened up! We are currently recruiting for a General Manager position in behalf of our client-a well-established Nursing Home located in Co. Kerry. The role requires a multidimensional focus on the following areas: Administration, Catering, Cleaning, Laundry and Maintenance. The main responsibilities are to manage, coordinate and support the operations of each unit in order to achieve the highest level of customer experience. Therefore, the previous managerial experience in the healthcare environment with a proven track record is essential for this role. Desirable experience would include experience in the Health Care Sector or Facility Management. Education Qualifications: Third Level Qualification in the areas of leadership or health sector management or facilities management or environmental management or hospitality management. Skills Required: Project Management, Change Management, An ability to foster & develop a shared vision for action by all stakeholders, Leadership, IT, Reporting, Negotiation & Communication Skills. Knowledge of & experience with HR, Legal, Health & Safety, Environmental & Hospitality practices and standards relative to a General Services Manager in a Healthcare Environment.
