Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client who run a Nursing Home in Co. Kerry, are seeking a General Services Manager for a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities: Organisation and oversight of the daily operations of the nursing home. Coordinating and supervising support staff members and leading them by example to ensure the highestquality services. Management of budgets and expenditure. Conducting audits and meeting KPI’s. Work with the Director of Nursing (Person in Charge) to build a strong team and environment in the home. Participate in the selection and interviewing of staff. Monitor all complaints and inspections to identify and implement improvements. Requirements: Third Level Qualification to underpin the skills required for the role. Strong Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills. Ability to work well and promote a team environment. Ability to identify good practices in hygiene, catering and hospitality. Experience working in a management position desirable. Must be currently located in Ireland. Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
