I am currently recruiting for a permanent Product Manager for a leading multinational organisation. The role can be worked remotelywith travel to any of the organisation's offices as required. As Product Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the relevance and value of the work undertaken by the research and development teams. We will work in challenging and emerging domains, with high degrees of ambiguity, and you will be responsible for the definition and scoping of the deliverables to meet market requirements. You will bring a keen understanding of the business value of technology, and you will help to create a culture where the focus always begins with customer challenges, and not simply technology for its own sake. Main responsibilities will include: Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects; Identifying market opportunities and defining product vision and strategy. Developing product collaterals, pricing models and value propositions for target markets to support sales and marketing activities. Undertaking Win/Loss Analysis and Competitive analysis. Develop a business proposition together with sales and marketing and prepare a market entry and subsequent growth strategy; Managing multiple product strategies on an ongoing basis is part of this role and working closely with the Product owners, Architects and the engineering organisation in an agile methodology; Through design thinking; define and document underlying business requirements and market problems; Support Sales on non-standard RFPs involving new product concepts. Accompany Sales on client presentations/proposals when necessary; Implement and augment defined Product Management processes and systems; Manage the entire product roadmap from strategic planning to detailed product requirements to throughout product delivery. Requirements include: Outstanding academic qualifications, with a bachelors’ degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, information systems, business analysis or equivalents; High-degree of self-motivation and curiosity; Demonstrable ability to manage ambiguity, and deliver with high degrees of innovation and fresh thinking; Excellent Industry knowledge of Payments, FX, Banking technology, Tax Free Shopping; Excellent ability to convert complex deliverables into Epics and user stories; Very strong team work skills; Ability to foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the wider team. A proactive communicator with experience working within a distributed team; Ability to foster a creative and collaborative approach to product design.
