If so, read on. Our client is a progressive animal health sales and marketing company. They are now looking for a Territory Manager to join their dedicated team. As the Territory Manager, you will promote our client’s range of veterinary products to veterinary practices throughout Munster and the surrounding area. This role will be split between new business development and existing account management, so the ability to work on your own initiative is key. Your duties will involve: - Generating sales in-line with monthly targets. - Building and maintaining relationships with customers. - Providing customers with support, information and recommendations on new products. - Taking part in veterinary congresses, training and marketing activities. To be considered, you’ll need: - Veterinary sales experience OR relevant sales experience within the medical, pharmaceutical, agricultural or pet food industries. - A track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining commitment despite opposition. - Strong IT skills. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, as the Territory Manager, you’ll be a great negotiator with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Excellent networking and influencing abilities are also key. A life sciences qualification in veterinary science, animal science or veterinary nursing would be desirable.
