Peter Mark are currently recruiting for a Salon Coordinator to join our fantastic team in our salon in Killarney. The Role: You will be responsible for the operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salon in a warm and professional manner. All applicants must be fully flexible as our salons open late nights. Experience in hairdressing is not required for this role! You will be passionate about delivering excellence in all aspects of your role. You will have high standards in relation to being the first point of contact and the first impression of the salon for new and existing clients. You will strive to ensure that the clients receive a consistently excellent service during every visit. You must be a confident communicator with the team and clients alike. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Cash management experience. You will take pride in your apprearance and presentation approriate for Front of House in a salon. You will be actively involvedin achieving and motivating the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets. You will have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty industry. Demonstrate strong sales skills. Conduct and participate in staff briefings. Should be commercially minded. Willing to travel if needed on occasion to other Peter Mark salons. Ideal Candidate: This role requires a dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic person who has the ability to multitask. Must thrive under pressure. Is driven to motivate and inspire staff. Must be team oriented and fully flexible. Will need to have some understanding of diary management and online booking systems. Has a good understanding of business and is driven to exceed targets. Requirements: At least one to two years’ experience in a customer service and cash handling environment with strong supervisory skills are necessary.
