FEXCO Managed Business Solutions Centre (MBSC) are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join theirteam in Killorglin. Job Purpose: The Managed Business Solutions Centre (MBSC) is an operations centre with particular focus on fast mobilisation and maximising productivity through the use of the multi -channel technology platform, campaign management and knowledge management tools. As well as operating as an area to support standalone campaigns and pilots, this area also supports overflow and surge requirements for our existing clients. The MBSC supports inbound and outbound contact management across all channels, lead generation and sales campaigns as well as providing end to end document management and administration services. This role is ideally suited to somebody who enjoys variety in their job as they need to have the skills and flexibility to work across multiple contracts and multiple activity types. The successful candidate will be dynamic and flexible and have an ability to prioritise and adapt to changing priorities. Main Responsibilities: Identify, troubleshootand take ownership for more complex technical queries from the customer and see through to satisfactory resolution. Providing first line Supportdiagnosis by gathering information and following logical steps to eliminate external factors and identify cause of fault. Answer incoming queries quickly andefficiently capturing all relevant information on the problem encountered. Record all calls accurately in ticket management system, with all necessary information being captured. Ensure customers are provided with frequent and informative updates on the progress of their tickets, especially where the resolution takes longer than originally anticipated. Nurture and maintain relationshipswith key people within our client and partner organisations. Be quality focused with attention to detail at all times. Support a “can do” culture. Ad hoc tasks as advised by Team Leader and Contact Centre Manager. Experience Required: Previous experience in a customer service role essential. Technical helpdesk experience is desirable. Proven history in a target driven role. Proven ability to prioritise and multitaskwithin a fast paced environment. Demonstrate a good depth of knowledge in Office and Windows. Competencies Required: Must have the ability to diagnose a range of technical issues and find appropriate solutions. Excellent organisational skills. Understands the need to collaborate and achieve in a team environment. Demonstrate excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Able to achieve all individual operational targets without compromising on Quality of Service. Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills.
