Basic Qualifications/Requirements. • Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning and Development sector. • Passionate. Required Experience and Skills. • 4+ years’ experience in Client Facing roles within the Learning Industry is a must. • Persistent, resilient and absolutely sales focussed. • Ability to establish and maintain strong Client and team relationships working in a virtual environment. • Outstanding presentation, communication and listening skills. • Track record of consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability.
