Required: Manage & administer core functions of the tools in ITSM department (IBM Tivoli Monitoring, uCMDB, HP Asset Manager, Syslog-ng, IBM BigFix. Server monitoring and capacity planning. Produce and maintain internal knowledgebase articles. Service application and infrastructure requests. Provide expertise during critical issue response. On-call and out of hours support on rotation. A valid passport and ability to travel to the USA. Personality: Smart, driven and fast learners. Logical thinker who enjoys problem solving. Organised and methodical approach under pressure. Self-starter. Common sense attitude. Good communicator (we work globally so strong written and verbal skills are an absolute requirement. Have experience in a similar position OR have recently graduated from college with a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Understanding of Linux and/or UNIX operating systems desirable. Troubleshooting skills and analytical mind set. Team orientated and happy to reach out for assistance or assist others.
