HR Manager Co. Kerry Hotel. A great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a luxury hotel based in Co. Kerry. The Hotel HR Manager will provide a professional, commercial and effective HR service limiting business risks through the application of legal knowledge and Company Procedures. Providing practical advice and guidance to managers and team members for routine employment related matters. Training and Development initiatives. Recruitment and Selection activities. Developing solutions to address company HR needs. Administration of HR requirements. managing and developing internal and external relationships. Requirements of a HR Manager: Minimum of 3 years as a HR Manager or BP in Hotels/Hospitality. Strong HR management experience. CIPD qualified. Experience in conflict, mediation and resolutions. Sound working knowledge of employment legislation. Strong influencing ability. Exceptional organisational skills. Working knowledge of GDPR. Experiences of WRC. Please not this position is a 3 day per week or a 4 day a week is possible to including accounts administration. Salary Is Competitive with attractive conditions and flexibility.
