Relief / Contract Chef- Kenmare Co. Kerry. Our client that runs a fantastic eatery in Kenmare Co. Kerry is seeking a Chef at minimum of Sous Chef experience opportunity of a temp/contract role until October or on a 2/3/4 day basis also. The remuneration is excellent for this role. Strong on Main Courses, Grill, Sauce, General Kitchen Management and HACCP. This may suit a Chef that is in between jobs or wants to work extra days per week that can travel to Kenmare Co. Kerry easily. Experience in Gastro/Bistro type operations would be an advantage and a chef that is creative, excellent in food presentation and more importantly a real foodie.
