Restaurant Manager / Maitre D Co. Kerry -Fabulous well know 2 AA Rosette. This well-known restaurant is seeking a new Restaurant Manager that will oversee the day to day operations and report directly with the owner. This position is all about personality, charisma and oozes customer care. The guests return week after week and love the care and attention as well as a creative food from an international repertoire. Restaurant Opens 7 days for Breakfast and Dinner with occasional Lunches and Parties. This is no middle of the road restaurant, but aims to be different while presenting great food! The client is seeking a current Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience preferably in restaurants. Prerequisites: " Previous Restaurant Management exposure at 4*5* / 2 AA Rosette Level. " Previous Experience of 2-3 years Minimum in Ireland. " Fluent English in writing and speaking. " Knowledge of Rostering & Wage Percentage. " Knowledge of Selling, Upselling , Marketing & Social Media. " Staff Managing , Recruitment & Training. " Great Customer Service. " Knowledge on Beverages, Wines, Cocktails is preferred. " Working in different styles cuisines an advantage but not a necessity. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
