They are now looking for a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join their dedicated Lab Team. As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the smooth running of our client’s lab, which facilitates the company’s manufacturing process. In this key role, you will: - Carry out Design for Manufacture (DFM) research tasks to ensure robust series production processes. - Support Technical Cleanliness (TecSa) initiatives. - Learn how to use the lab’s analytical tools. - Provide technical and analytical support to the Production function. - Liaise with engineering groups on component, PCB and PCBA reviews. - Follow H&S procedures at all times. Interested? To be considered, you’ll need a degree level qualification in manufacturing, production or mechanical engineering (NFQ Level 8 minimum. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll have great interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll also be flexible, highly-motivated and able to work well under pressure. Previous industry experience would be beneficial, but this isn’t essential. Familiarity with standard electronic production processes, such as SMT, Wave, routing and/or pinning, would also be an advantage, but this isn’t essential.
