Our client specialises in developing innovative electronic, electromechanical and mechatronic products for the automotive industry. They are now looking for a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you’ll help to ensure that products are produced to the highest standards. In this varied role, you will: - Measure initial mechanical part samples and any that are changed by Engineering. - Support the Quality Planning, Production, Toolroom and Moulding Departments. - Carry out quality inspections on purchased mechanical parts. - Assist with any production line issues. - Help to analyse and correct faults for any in-process or customer issues. To be considered, you’ll need: - At least three years’ experience in a hands-on test role, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing environment. - A certificate and/or diploma in engineering (NFQ Level 6 or 7. - The ability and willingness to work evening and night shifts if required. Flexible and highly-motivated, as a Quality Technician, you’ll have a diligent approach and a good eye for detail.
