Description

The successful candidate will: • Provide SAP Training support to the Planning function. • Plan and monitor production scheduling and evaluate demand and provide input into the site capacity planning model. • Responsible for managing test plan for introduction of new systems across the plant which are interfaced with SAP PP/MM functions e.g. LIMS, FLS, MES. • Assist in the design, testing and implementation of new processes and or enhancements to systems from the planning side. • Responsible for ensuring that master data is accurate and up-to-date and meets the needs of all business processes including Costing and others as applicable. • Format, write, deliver and review documentation in line with the standard approval process, and facilitate others to do so. • Complete root cause analysis of system failures using standard tools and methods, to resolve any system issues; oversee and implement subsequent corrective action through the SAP change control system. • Active participant in the SAP Key User Forum- Assist in annual DRS (Disaster recovery System. • Lead and participate in change control, investigations, and other compliance activities and audit support related to planning. • Using SAP BI or other Advance planning systems. • Providing the business with insightful analysis to help the business make infirmaed business decisions. • Driving effiencies across the business in enhansing and updating proceses/systems to improve day to day activities. • Design and development of dashboards and reports for the business. Qualifications and Experience: • 3rd Level qualification in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics. • Minimum of 5 years SAP PP & MM. • 5 + years’ experience in Supply Chain • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and implementation in Supply Chain Operations. • Innovative and creative; driven towards leading the business forward. • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to Build Relationships. • Experience of working as a member of a team to deliver change and continuous improvement. • Experience in the area of SAP GRC Access Management. • Experience with SAP integration with other systems. • Strong Material Master Data experience with keen attention to detail essential. • A formal qualification on Six Sigma, PMI or similar would be an advantage.
