The job suite requires a technical Sales role with Business Development for our client. This is a superb opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Manager who holds a proven track record in sales. The role will involve managing and developing existing clients but will also involve targeting and developing new accounts. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: The ideal candidate will be meeting with electrical/ energy consultants and also directly with clients. The person would need a technical/ electrical background. Overachieve on all, daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue targets. Total ownership of Margin and Revenue Targets involved in strategic growth planning. Project a professional impression of the company. Meet all activity targets. Pipeline and Quote Management. Excellent organization skills. Meet KPI’s on a monthly basis. Establish and managing a pipeline to upsell our Managed Services and Professional Services product portfolio into existing customers. This is a critical part of the role. Carrying out account reviews with your customers and gap analysis with a view to reviewing growth potential. You will possess an in-depth knowledge of your customers' business drivers through business development and listening to your customer and patient needs. Managing the full sales-cycle you will need to be highly driven, strategically identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in your customer base through consultative solution selling. Polite phone manner and ability to cold call clients. Competencies of the Role. Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience working with and selling to mid-level professional customers. Must be collaborative and yet able to generate high level of sustained individual sales activity.
