My client is an established Multinational based in Killarney & they are currently looking to hire an experienced Sales Support Administrator to work in the Sales team. Working in a team environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties: Deal with customer inquiries for filter elements sales from an international customer base. Prepare quotations for the product, addressing price, delivery and payment terms, as well as any other relevant commercial conditions. Follow up quotations to secure the business. Carry out various sales administration functions such as quotation tracking and order processing. Load new orders onto MRP system and send order acknowledgements to customer. Deal with enquiries for order progress and customer complaints. Prepare sales order reports and other reports as required. Attend weekly production meetings and calls. Support the customer service team across the production lines as required with work order processing, shipping, invoicing. Other such duties as may be required. Skills / Experience: Third level qualification in a technical or business discipline is desirable. 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative, related technical or internal sales role is essential. Good interpersonal, organizational skills, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with the capacity to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands. Proactive and ability to work on own initiative.
