The purpose of this role is to ensure that the quality and standards of the Hotel are maintained at the highest level and customer expectations are met and exceeded. The role will provide an opportunity to develop skills in all departments of the hotel and would ideally suit a candidate who has just graduated in hotel management. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hardworking and a team player. The applicant will be able to provide excellent customer service to our guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ability to implement company operating standards. Managing staff and delegating duties. Providing consistent management presence throughout the hotel during key times. Liaising with the organisers of events to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered at all times. Compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Prompt resolution of customer complaints. Dealing with guest queries and issues promptly. Providing assistance to all departments during busy periods, taking a hands on approach. Assisting the Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
