EXPERIENCED BAR MANAGER FOR POPULAR BAR/VENUE -NORTH KERRY. We are recruiting for an experienced Beverage/Bar Manager for a busy, upmarket Bar & Restaurant in North Kerry. Ideally the candidate will have senior management experience from a high volume bar or high end restaurant. We are looking for a candidate that has mega personality, bursting with ideas regarding attracting nigh time guests, promotions and be the face to the place. The successful candidate will have: " 2-3 years' experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager in upmarket style operation as a Luxury Club, Upmarket Venue or 4*/5* Hotel. " Experience in a high volume cocktail bar, venue or high end restaurant. " Manage and train a large team by maintaining and introducing new procedures across the beverage outlets. " Must be extremely organised. " A genuine flair and passion for cocktails, cocktail menus & creating new ideas. " An eye for detail and service standards. " Knowledge of current beverage market trends. " Excellent financial acumen, staff management, training, development and stock control skills. " Customer care must be at the forefront of every decision. " Personality is key-must be warm, bubbly and enthusiastic. Exposure to quality food and service is a prerequiste for this position.
