The Role Coordinate technical activities across all departments. Delegation and monitoring of all technical tasks. Weekly/Monthly Preventative Maintenance and yearly equipment servicing requirements. Document and control of PM activities & Inventory management. Carry out equipment downtime reporting. Coach, mentor, and develop technical staff. Carry out performance appraisals promptly. Implement all HR Policies and Procedures. Ensure the health and safety of employees. Maintain company 5S system. The Person A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Senior Technical role / Supervisory role. Minimum qualification at a Diploma Level in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Previous Supervisory Management essential. Knowledge of SMT & FAS & MLD/LASER processes essential. Experience of Robotics, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatic, and mechanical systems required. Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety systems and practices (IOSH /NEBOSH qualification desirable. A working knowledge of project management principles and inventory management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
