This family favourite in Co Kerry is currently recruiting a General Manager to lead their hotel team. This role will be responsible for the overall supervision of the property’s operations, financial performance (budgets, policies, reporting…), management & development of the team and ensuring a high level of guest service at all times. This is a very busy property with high volume of room nights and so requires a hospitality professional with a strong rooms background. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ in a senior hotel management role (Deputy/Rooms Manager or equivalent), group experience an advantage. In addition, you will be a proven total hotel expert, able to manage teams and services across all hotel departments (ie Reception, Housekeeping, F&B…) with total guest satisfaction always at the forefront.
