Deputy General ManagerStar Hotel - Co Kerry. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy General Manager in a busy 4 Star Hotel in Co Kerry. This role will report to the General Manager. The Deputy General Manager will lead the day to day operations for all areas of the hotel with a particular focus on F&B. The Deputy GM will manage a team of strong HOD's and will lead and guide them to achieve and exceed targets across a range of areas within their departments. Requirements: 3-4 years’ experience as Deputy or Operations Manager role in a large busy 4 Star+ hotel. Standards Driven; particularly in Food & Beverage. Previous experience managing a team of HOD's. Proven ability in motivating and developing employees. Strong communicator; and approachable management style.
